Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@margherita.store and we'll email you the return address.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit or debit cards. You can also pay using Apple Pay or PayPal.

All payments are made using a secure SSL connection. Credit card payments are handled by Stripe and Paypal. Our company does not have access to credit cards data or bank account information.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. If your can't find your country, please email is and we will add it to our list or arrange shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with Posta Slovenije, Slovenian national postal service. Orders in the US will be therefore delivered by USPS, in the UK by Royal Mail, La Poste in France and Poste Italiana in Italy. Please contact us for Express Shipping options.

Gifts come beautifully wrapped and presented in one of our bespoke drawstring pouches. We can also include a hand written message.

How do I take care of my clips?

Our hair clips are made from natural cellulose acetate which is very sturdy material. If cared for these hair clips can last a very long time. Use a soft damp cloth to wipe them. If you have a clip with metal hardware avoid direct contact with water.

Is there extra cost for International delivery (tax, duties etc.)?

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Margherita items. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.
When ordering from Margherita you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. Margherita is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes
